The American Council on Education Women’s Network- Ohio (ACE WNO) invites you to attend our 25th annual conference. Our theme this year is Leading Through Adversity: Using Your Voice to Affect Change.
ACE WNO seeks to support women leaders at colleges and universities across the state of Ohio. We are dedicated to the professional advancement of women in higher education at every level: administration, faculty, staff and at 2-year and 4-year institutions, and those that defy categorization. The ACE WNO annual conference provides a space for women leaders to come together and share expertise, reflect and focus on their individual and collective talents, and connect with other women professionals from across the state.
The 2023 theme Leading Through Adversity: Using Your Voice to Affect Change reflects the ever changing professional and socio-cultural challenges encountered by women in leadership. We invite you to submit ways you have addressed these challenges, elevated your voice, helped others in expressing theirs, or created a space where women’s voices were heard.

The format for the 2023 conference will be different this year and will include more short presentations. The overall criteria for submissions are that presentations be succinct and related to something that helped move you forward and will contribute to moving us forward as individuals or as a community of leaders.
