Rashmi Assudani is a Professor and Chair of Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at Williams College of Business, Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, she helps manage the academic areas of Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Human Resources in Williams College of Business. She is responsible for the successful deployment of curriculum, course schedules and programs; for managing faculty resources and budgets; for raising funds for her department; and for building and managing the Department’s Board of Executive Advisors. She earned her PhD in Strategy & Organizations from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Her graduate degrees in business are from The Netherlands and India. Most recently, she was selected for a Leadership program at The Harvard Kennedy School.
She is an active scholar and has published and presented on the topics of knowledge management, innovation, strategic thinking, and social impact. She is the Faculty Advisor to Innovation Society at Xavier University, is a member of the Academy of Management, and serves on several editorial boards.
