Jacqueline Parrill (2012) is the Vice President for Institutional Planning & Human Resources Development for Central Ohio Technical College and also serves as Director of Human Resources, Campus Relations and Planning Support at the Ohio State University at Newark.  Ms. Parrill has served as the Institutional Representative for both institutions since 2004, and joined the Executive Board for ACE Women's Network-Ohio in 2009.  Ms. Parrill is currently enrolled in the University of Georgia’s Executive Ed.D. Program in Higher Education Management.  Her professional development scholarship will help support her participation in a study-abroad component of the trip.  In the summer of 2013, she will travel to Beijing and Shanghai, China to visit institutions of higher education.
