Aiesha Motley (2013) is the Associate Director of Operations and Multicultural Development with the University of Akron. In her role she leads academic services and social and cultural programming for underrepresented groups and specific learning communities. Ms. Motley plans to use the scholarship award to support her passion and participation in the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity (NCORE).
