Dr. Paprocki has worked in higher education for over 15 years, starting as an adjunct faculty member at Michiana College in South Bend, IN where she went on to be named as the Academic Dean/Chief Academic Officer. After relocating to Northwest Ohio, she served as the Regional Education Manager for the American Red Cross until accepting a position with The University of Toledo in 2006. Since joining UT, she has served in various progressive leadership capacities that span both Academic and Student Affairs (Director, Executive Director, and Assistant Provost).Currently Dr. Paprocki serves as the Assistant Provost for Instructional Strategies with oversight of the University Teaching Center and the Student Observer Program. In this capacity, she also serves as a liaison with the Ohio Board of Regents, working closely on Transfer and Assurance Guidelines (TAGSs) and Regional Compacts (ORC 3345.59). She also assists with various academic projects focused on institutional effectiveness and student success.
Paprocki’ s leadership experience at UT also includes serving an Assistant Provost for Student Success where she provided leadership and vision to 14 academic and student services offices and serving as the institutions ADA Compliance Officer. She has served on numerous institutional committees including chairing various search committees and has been instrumental in policy development. Paprocki holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration (2015), a Master of Education (2001), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (1993), all from The University of Toledo.
